Kejriwal’s Foot Lands In His Mouth Yet Again With Tall Claims Of SAD, Cong Association

Ever so diligently surrounded by innumerable controversies, Delhi’s ruling party Chief Arvind Kejriwal once again successfully put his own shoe in his mouth, by claiming an underlying understanding between Shiromani Akali Dal and Congress. To which Punjab’s chief minister Parkash Singh Badal took a huge objection, calling the said claims flawed and a “bunch of lies”.

At his sangant darshan on Sunday, Badal allegedly claimed that Punjab and Punjab govtment can never associate themselves with attackers of golden temple, and that any kind of alliance between the parties is unthinkable.

“Shiromani Akali Dal can never even think of having any sort of adjustment with the party which had attacked Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), perpetrated the carnage of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and which had done grave injustice to the state by depriving us of our capital, river waters and even Punjabi speaking areas,” he said. Slamming Kejriwal, the Akali leader said he is “issuing baseless and irrational statements just for vested political interests,” Badal said

“Kejriwal is also suffering from anti-Punjab syndrome and does not have basic knowledge about the state,” he claimed. The chief minister further alleged that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is lacking an agenda for development of the state and trying to mislead the people by hollow slogans. The administration is not run by hollow slogans as work has to be done on ground level to ensure welfare of the people, he added.

“AAP is like a house of cards which is likely to collapse even before the state assembly polls. AAP leadership neither has any character nor they were having any ideology and their sole motive is to assume power for plundering the state,” Badal.

“The allegations of party tickets being sold being leveled by AAP cadres were reflection of moral degradation in politics,” he alleged.

He further on drew the light towards Kejriwal’s propaganda of defaming his party under such fallacies, claiming Kejriwal’s statement as baseless and irrational, he said “suffers from an anti-Punjab syndrome and has no knowledge about the state”. Badal said the AAP was bereft of any agenda for development of the state. Describing Punjab Congress chief as a “king of palaces”, Badal said.

Aam Aadmi Party Goes Astray

In the recent times Aam Aadmi Party has been in the NEWS, and for all the wrong reasons. It has been established that they can stoop to any level for political gains. The party doesn’t even shy away from wooing the hardliner Sikh organizations to attract the Sikh votes. AAP’s Punjab affairs in charge Sanjay Singh and Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann were seen addressing public gatherings which were attended by hardliner leaders at the recently held Sarbat Khalsa gathering. At many places the party banners also contained the photos of slain Khalistan separatist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.

From what was meant to be a gathering to address the yet unresolved woes of the Sikh community, the “Sarbat Khalsa” turned into a propaganda by AAP. Therefore, again misleading the people present at the gathering at the behest of fake promises. It almost seemed like many participating members of the party were there just to evoke Khalistani sentiments just for the sake of votes for the forthcoming assembly elections in Punjab. Not to mention, the usual way that AAP deals with its election polls.

We all have seen by the virtue of experience, how AAP can resort to extreme measure unless their personal agenda for pages is met with. An example of that is infamous journalist Jarnail Singh who made news in 2009 when he hurled a shoe at P. Chidambram. Jarnail Singh later joined AAP and contested the general election in 2014 and later the Delhi assembly election in 2015. Today he is an MLA. But what many didn’t know was his views on Khalistan and that he had addressed a rally in London in 2011 showing support for the creation of a separate Sikh state. There are many video proofs available on YouTube, which shows Jarnail Singh’s support and demand for Khalistan.

For a party that offers a perception of themselves as being a non-extremist and conformist party, the actions that they display aren’t in line with the image they wish to project. The extremism that they support – be it khalistani agenda’s, or acting out against a man who holds the reigns of the nations. AAP has done it all.

It is absolutely justified that people feel cheated in terms of what they were shown versus what they got. And unfortunately for them, they need to live with their decision. Let’s hope Kejriwal and party mean the promises that they are currently making at the Punjab & Goa by polls and not (yet again) like Delhi, making false and empty promises.

Punjab volunteers of AAP not-so-happy over nosy behavior of Delhi leaders

It all started when Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MPs from Punjab Harinder Singh Khalsa and Dr. Dharamvira Gandhi were suspended from primary membership of the party and party’s National convener became inconsiderate about the entire issue. Bitterness prevailed among the party’s Punjab volunteers and workers for the past few months, which reached its boiling point when the leaders from other parties who lately joined AAP were made spokespersons without taking the local leadership into confidence.

In order to promote the Aam Aadmi party in Punjab, its Delhi team members used all unethical means at its disposal. Instead Delhi team members sidelined party’s Punjab leaders to such an extent that they have to appeal Arvind Kejriwal, National Convener, AAP to direct them to stop interfering in their activities.

AAP discourages its old volunteers

AAP government has always been alleged of discouraging its old volunteers and leaders who helped the party during its initial stages. Kejriwal has always failed to hear the resentment of his party’s Punjab workers as well as volunteers, who were made to feel insignificant and demeaned by its Delhi team members.

Earlier also AAP party volunteers from Amritsar were left with no choice rather than burning effigy of its local party members, to bring their issues into Kejriwal’s notice.

“Not even a single old volunteer or party leader from Punjab who holds clean image figured on the party posters recently”, stated AAP Punjab Volunteer who blamed AAP for ignoring his old volunteers. “Only Kejriwal and Sanjay Singh from Delhi and five to six unknown persons from Delhi were highlighted”, he added.

Lack of access to the leadership

Party made by a common man for the common man is now in trouble as many of the leaders raised the issue of not being able to reach its senior leaders at National level. Its members and volunteers at the state level have started feeling frustrated and dishearten by the meddling attitude of its Delhi team.

Phoolka a lawyer or liar

“A man who fights you as he does is no better than an opportunist and no worse than a thug.”Kristin Cashore

When Harvinder Singh Phoolka fails to bring justice for the victims of 1984 Anti-Sikh families, he started blaming center government. He still claims to be the “massiah” of 1984 anti-Sikh riot victims. Phoolka, the Aam Admi Party leader and a self-styled massiah of 1984 anti-Sikh riots victims when found himself nowhere in getting justice to the deceased families, he started giving the lame excuses.

In a recent statement, Supreme Court Lawyer, Phoolka has asked, “Why is Modi government shielding shielding Jagdish Tytler?”

First you explain Mr Phoolka, “What you have done so far in the case which you have been fighting in the court since 1984?”

Phoolka has forgot that Aam Admi Party while contesting Delhi elections in 2015 had put the 1984 anti-Sikh riots issue in its manifesto. The party had made two promises, one was the formation of Special Investigation Team and other was to provide proper infrastructure to the deceased families living in colonies.

However, the new born party, AAP has failed to deliver its promises. The report file prepared by SIT under the AAP regime is yet to be found as the file is lost since April, 2015. The truth behind is that Kejriwal had only made an announcement to form SIT but SIT was never constituted. So, why Phoolka is not admitting his own party’s failure?

The second promise made by APP to provide better infrastructure along with basic amenities to the riot affected families is still in the air as nothing has been done so far in this regard.

Look who is talking?

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member on February 3, 2016 levelled serious charge against Narendra Modi led government at the centre accusing it of shielding congress leader and prime accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh massacre, Jagdish Tytler. He alleged that CBI once again has attempted to protect Jagdish Tytler by not filing the status report in the Karkardooma court in Delhi on February 2, 2016.

H S Phoolka has been trying to cover up his party’s lie made to the riot affected victims. Moreover, he is also trying to cover up his failure as he was 28 years old in 1984 when he took up the matter in the court. He is now 60 and still the case is hanging in the middle.

Justice Delayed, Justice Denied

Fingers raise at Phoolka who took a long time of 31 years in the case and despite having all the solid evidence against the accused Jagdish Tytler, why he did not bring justice to the affected people in the carnage.

Indian Mirror | Why Phoolka gets angry?

Aam Aadmi Party leader and lawyer H.S. Phoolka these days easily gets provoked and can say anything in the fit of rage.

The change in behaviour of Phoolka was witnessed by people close to him when the other day he held a cycle rally from Bargari village in Faridkot to Bathinda demanding justice for two Sikh victims of Bargari who were killed in police firing during a protest last month.

Opposition from riot victims

maxresdefault (1)

He was not expecting it, but Phoolka, however, faced opposition from a number of riot victims from Delhi and members of the Sikh Welfare Society, Ludhiana, who alleged the lawyer had not done anything for them.

It has become a fad with Phoolka these days to allege and blame that the protest was held at the behest of his opponents. He reportedly said that “If any victim is not happy with my efforts, he can hire another advocate. I am fighting these cases with honesty and free of cost and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong over this.”  Yes Mr. Phoolka you have already been proved wrong and exposed for not doing anything concrete in all these years for the victims of 1984 riot victims.  Naturally when a person who lives on falsehood is exposed, he is bound to get furious on the very mention of the sentimental issue that affects each and every Sikh.

Chinks in his story

He said he too was a victim of the riots as on November 2, 1984, the mob attacked our house in South Extension area, where we lived on rent. But the landlord, a Punjabi Hindu, had already locked us in a store room. Phoolka went on with his tale that “Soon, an Army truck reached and with the help of the landlord, we escaped. I cannot forget the moment when I ran for my life barefoot without a turban on my head. My wife and I reached Punjab on November 5 and when I returned to Delhi later that month, I, along with many others, decided to fight for the victims for free.

Seething with anger

Now when his lies are nailed and he is asked how is juniors had been charging hefty fee on his behalf from the victims of genocide that he seethes with anger. In such a situation, Phoolka can blame any political person and any political party for spreading canards against him. Little doubt that people around Phoolka Sahib now know “Phoolka ko gussa kyon aata hai”

Indian Mirror | Alcoholic Parliamentarian!

“While Aam Adami Party is committed to fight against Nashakhori (addiction) in Punjab, its alcoholic star politician remains untamed.”

Bhagwant Mann is Punjab’s well-known comedian and supposedly a good orator. He is a crowd puller for AAP but off late he has been making news for all the wrong reasons. While his theatrics may appeal to masses on a lighter note but on the other hand his misdeeds are creating all sorts of problems for Aam Adami Party.

Bhagwant Mann attending parliament sessions in drunken state is an open secret. This is not just against parliamentary norms and public ethics, but also goes against AAP’s anti-drug campaign in Punjab. All AAP party leaders including party convener Arvind Kejriwal are aware of Bhagwant Mann’s drinking habit.

However, instead of taking action against Mann’s undisciplined attitude, Kejriwal elevated his position in the party due to his sycophancy towards the ‘Arvind coterie’. Now Mann is the leader of AAP’s parliamentary party and the poster boy of the political campaign of the party committed to ending ‘Nashakhori’ in Punjab.

Lamenting drinking habits of Mann, expelled AAP leader and co-founder of the party, Yogendra Yadav had written on his Facebook post earlier, “I discovered it first in July 2014 when AAP had a meeting of all its Lok Sabha candidates. Mann was sitting next to me and smelled of alcohol. I mentioned it to Arvind Kejriwal and he nodded. Around this time I heard rumours that Mann was going to the Lok Sabha sessions drunk. One of his fellow MPs confirmed it to me.”

Party MP form Fatehgarh Sahib went on record to state that he would never sit next to Mann, as he could not stand foul smell of alcohol. He even went on suggest shifting him to a  de-addiction center.

Mann is a habitual drinker and on several occasion he has been found drunk in public. He was found in an inebriated condition when he was addressing a press conference at the Chandigarh Press Club, which was called to raise the issue of abducted Indian youth by IS in Iraq.

Causing yet another embarrassment to AAP, Bhagwant Mann was allegedly found drunk at religious function at Bargari village in Faridkot. The video, which had gone viral, showed Bhagwant Mann being forced to leave the religious function after found in drunken state by a former Granthi (Sikh Priest). After the incident hashtag #DrunkBhagwantMann became a top trend on twitter and Mann received public ire for hurting Sikh sentiments.

Bhagwant Mann is an elected representative of the people but it is rather unfortunate that he could never understand the huge responsibility bestowed upon him by people of Punjab. He may not be under the influence of alcohol all the time but his irresponsible & incentive acts prove that his hangover of comedy is not over yet!

Split in AAP Punjab ahead of polls

“The fact three of four AAP MPs in Punjab have raised their voice against party chief Arvind Kejriwal, gives a clear signal that the party in staring at a major split ahead of polls.”

Disgruntled AAP MPs (L-R), Dr. Dharamvir Gandhi, Harinder Singh Khalsa, Prof. Sadhu Singh

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is confident of a clean sweep in Punjab and claims to get at least 100 seats out of 117 in forthcoming assembly polls in Punjab. But in stark contrast to their claims, the internal rift within the party never refuses to die down. Three of the party MPs have already revolted against party high command and dictatorship style functioning of Arvind Kejriwal.

The three MPs – Dr. Dharamvir Gandhi (Patiala), Harinder Singh Khalsa (Fatehgarh) and Prof Sadhu Singh (Faridkot) have been vociferous in raising their voice against party high command and have also demanded that expelled leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan be brought back.

Kejriwal branded as “Dictator”

Patiala MP Dr Dharamvir Gandhi went on record hitting out at Kejriwal and termed him a “dictator” and further said that AAP was no different from Mayawati’s and Mulayam Singh Yadav’s parties.

Gandhi added further that Kejriwal is trying to lord over the party from Delhi like a viceroy.

Dictatorship was Kejriwal’s trademark and testimony to saddening state of affairs, is the fact that elected members of parliament are not even allowed to appoint their own staff.

No leader but all CM faces

AAP relies heavily on rhetoric and lacks substance. In absence of any credible leadership, Punjab unit of AAP is in complete state of mess. Besides lacking organizational structure, AAP in Punjab doesn’t have a blueprint in place. With no base and leadership in state, every leader of AAP is aspiring to be next chief minster of Punjab.

In historical context Punjabis have always been peace-loving people but they never tolerate curtaining of their autonomy. By trying to remote control state from Delhi, he is digging his own grave in state. Countless volunteers and many sincere leaders have worked hard to raise Kejriwal to high pedestal but if he continues his anarchic approach then they can also dust him to ground.
