Instead of playing politics, AK should focus on Delhi’s pollution

The entire Delhi has been suffering from the problem of pollution and the Chief Minister of Delhi is busy in doing politics instead of finding any solution to solve the problem.

Many critics are pointing out that the dangerous levels of pollution in Delhi, that has the affluent scampering away from the toxic Capital to other parts of the country like Kolkata wasn’t an overnight development and that the Kejriwal government got enough time to plan its response to a calendar-bound event.

Some critics, motivated no doubt by their dislike towards Kejriwal, are accusing the Delhi chief minister of dereliction of duty.

They say that Kejriwal should not have waited for Delhi to turn into a gas chamber and then announce a slew of largely ineffective measures.

Instead of accusing the Modi government of bringing “Emergency”, the Delhi CM should instead concentrate on tackling the real emergency that has put at risk the lives of all its residents, they allege.

Even the Chief Minister of Delhi, Kejriwal had put the blame of the farmers of Punjab and Haryana for creating the problem of pollution. When he exposed in front of the public then he started giving excuses to shield himself from the problem.

Another One Joins The Club, AAP MLA Rituraj Govind Arrestrd For Violating Public Restrictions

Owing to the weekly dose of AAP’s controversies, party MLA Rituraj Govind has been arrested on the charges of assault as a part to apprehension of breach of peace in outer Delhi’s Kirari area, during chatpuja celebrations.

Confirming the arrest, DCP (Outer) M N Tiwari said, “He was arrested last night on charges of apprehension of breach of peace in the area before Chhath Pooja.”

This marking the 15^th arrest of AAP MLA’s since the party came to power in 2015. Out of which, 9 are already out on bail.

The stream of legal action has triggered allegations – especially from Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal – that the Centre was trying to impede the city government’s work by arresting legislators. Delhi Police reports to the Union home ministry.

Police said section 144 of the CrPC (prohibiting assembly of more than four people) was imposed in ghat area, which is a heritage property, from yesterday morning in view of the Chhath puja and the MLA had allegedly violated the order.

A day ago, Rituraj had claimed that he was detained for trying to conduct puja at a heritage site along the Yamuna river bank, even as the police said the legislator was only called for a “discussion”.

His move was objected to by the local villagers even as he said the construction of the ghat was funded by the Delhi government. Further on claiming to be framed under BJP’s political propaganda against AAP.

Yet again, AAP resorts to their age old blame game of putting BJP under the bus for anything and everything that goes wrong with their party members.

OROP issue: Kejriwal scored self-goal

The Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal has scored a self-goal by playing the cheap politics over the issue of the OROP soldier suicide. The AAP national convener has announced a cash award of Rs 1 crore to the family of Ram Kishan Grewal who was from Haryana.

When the Uri terrorist attack happened, the AAP head was pointing fingers at the Indian Army commandoes who risked their lives to fight for the nation. Kejriwal had backed the Pakistani media who ruled out the surgical strikes conducted by Indian Army.

Moreover, the Delhi Chief Minister had sought the proofs of the surgical strikes and termed them fake as centre government’s plan to gain publicity. However, the media houses in India released the video footage of the surgical strikes.

When he himself landed up in trouble, he took u –turn and backed the Indian Army. He faced criticism for raising questions at the credibility of the commandoes of the Indian Army.

Arvind Kejriwal has shown his dirty trick when the OROP soldier was protesting at Jantar Mantar. Ram Kishan Grewal was consuming the poison but the AAP volunteers and workers were silently watching Grewal but did not stop him from consuming the poison.

The AAP party’s main motto was politics only and the party workers were directed to not stop the soldier when he was consuming poison so that the party could play politics over the suicide of the soldier.

As per the information, the police sources revealed that the soldier was instigated to consume poison by AAP workers. Moreover, the AAP head announced Rs 1 crore cash award to the family of the soldier. Why he did not announce any reward for those soldiers who lost their lives in Uri terrorist attack.

 

AAP played politics dirty politics again in Delhi

Whenever something happens in the country, the Aam Aadmi Party always comes first to take the political mileage. The Deputy of the Delhi Chief Minister has come out with the latest trick to get the publicity.

A former OROP soldier committed suicide in Delhi and the Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tried to play politics with the death of the victim in the hospital.

Manish Sisodia went to Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohia hospital to meet the kin of the soldier and he tried to play politics over there by addressing the gathering. In the meantime, the Delhi police cops detained him and later released.

According to the police, the Deputy Chief Minister tried to obstruct the work of the hospital and was making the speeches in the premises of the hospital. The police officials told that the leaders should understand they can’t do politics in the premises of the hospital.

Subedar Ram Kishen Grewal allegedly poisoned himself on the lawns of a government building in Delhi. The foolish AAP leaders always commit such blunders to get the publicity.

Sisodia was playing politics to grab the attention of the public and how to mean he is that he didn’t think once to give a political speech in the premises of the hospital where the victim breathed his last.

It is not the first such incident when AAP leaders performed a cheap stunt to gain political mileage. The family of the victim was crying and the Deputy Chief Minister instead of maintaining silence started talking about the Delhi’s government achievements.

More Trouble For AAP, 27 MLAs Lands In Office For Profit After President Orders EC To Probe

Even as the uncertainty prevails on 21 MLA’s of Aam Aadmi Party, still awaiting for their fate to be decided in an ongoing  ‘Office of Profit’ controversy, another set of 27 party MLAs are involved in another Office of Profit row.

A Delhi-based law student, Vibhor Anand, had filed this complaint, alleging that these 27 MLAs hold posts of Chairpersons of Rogi Kalyan Samitis in different government hospitals in Delhi without any legal sanctity. Further demanding the termination of the said MLA’s from their positions. Anand had lodged this complaint directly with the EC in June, following which the Commission had said that it should be made to the President who, in turn, will send it to the Commission. EC has now sent the complaint to the President.

“The Delhi government in 2009 through its executive/ standing orders approved constituting Rogi Kalyan Samitis in all the hospitals with governing body under the chairmanship of local MLA in violating the mandate of scheme.

“The order of appointing MLAs either by the present government or by the earlier government, as chairperson of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti is wholly illegal and void, without any legal sanctity,” Anand said.

Following which the president has probed the Election Commision with a fresh petition against 27 MLAs for allegedly holding office of profit, and further will now be examined by poll panel.

Earlier, a similar petition filed in office to profit row in June, had sought cancellation of 27 AAP MLAs membership.

However, this time around too, the list already includes seven legislators against whom the EC had already considered a plea for holding the office of parliamentary secretaries, indicating a threat of disqualification for the rest 17 MLAs.

In the complaint forwarded to President Pranab Mukherjee, following were the MLAs whose names were mentioned: Mohinder Goyal, Surendra Singh, Anil Kumar Bajpai, Mohammed Ishraq Khan, Rakhi Birla, Madan Lal, Sharad Kumar, Hazari Lal Chauhan, Kailash Gehlot, Rajendra pal Gautam, Pankaj Pushkar, Somnath Bharti, Ved Prakash, Nitin Tyagi, Naresh Yadav, Jarnail Singh, Alka Lamba, Ram Niwas Goel, Vishesh Ravi, Rajesh Gupta, SK Bagga, Shiv Charan Goel and Bandana Kumari.

Upon following the similar course of action, if these MLAs get disqualified, the AAP government in Delhi would cease to exist.

Suspended AAP MLA Devinder Sehrawat Allgedly Accuses Party Of Embezzlement Of Public Donations

The ever mounting trouble for Aam Aadmi Party is never ending, with increasing number of scams to everyday news of some MLA getting arrested; the party does not seem to catch a break. In the light new event, party’s former rebel MLA Devinder Sehrawat has allegedly accused the party leadership of 16 crore worth of embezzlement of public donations, on Monday. Further urging Delhi’s Chief Minister to “clarify the fraud within 48 hours”.

In a press conference, recently Sehrawat alleged that 1600 entries amounting to donations worth 16 crore in total have disappeared after the Income Tax Department issued a notice on June 6, further proving the misappropriation use and siphoning of the donations.

“Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP is deeply mired in corruption, which is evident from vanishing of more than Rs 16 crores from the donations received from the common man,” he alleged.

MLA Sehrawat along with former AAP volunteer Neil Haslam and the secretary of Nyayabhooni, have all came forward to question the removal of data records of several previously listed donations by various companies and other eminent personalities that were earlier present on the website.

“When notices were served by the Income Tax Department, AAP, a party which had advocated transparency in political funding, removed the list of donors from the party website which earlier showed real-time data. List of 26 prominent persons whose donations were displayed on the party website but have been hidden from the income tax department and poll panel has been made public. These people had reposed faith in AAP and made contributions of over ten lakhs each which should have been handed by PAC but the money has been siphoned off and appropriated,” Sehrawat added.

Supporting the claims, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Delhi unit chief Satish Upadhyay said, “Sudden deletion of AAP’s donation list from its website and revelation of financial irregularities in the party shows that financial scams were going on in Kejriwal’s party.”

However, AAP refused to comment on the allegation claiming it as not worthy of any reaction.

Finally, public declared Kejriwal anti-national

The anti-national face of the AAP national convener and the Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal exposed by the public in Gujrat when the posters were having a picture of Kejriwal with terrorists like Osama bin Laden, Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen’s commander Burhan Wani across the state.

Arvind Kejriwal has been visiting Gujrat for the upcoming assembly polls scheduled in 2017. The public has finally termed him an anti-national. It has mentioned above the pictures, ‘Heroes of Pakistan’.

Kejriwal drew flak when the asked the government to provide the proof of the surgical strikes and the media houses immediately released the video footage of the attacks.

People were laughing at Kejriwal, and few of them told that next time the AAP national convener would go along with the Indian Army commandoes so that he could see the strikes.

The posters were branding him “traitor” have been put up in north Gujarat’s Unjha. The posters that feature him along with the terrorists have put in about half a dozen places in Surat, where the AAP chief will address a rally on Sunday.

The people of Gujrat are aware of the anti-national mentality of Arvind Kejriwal who believed the Pakistani media and ignored the Indian media over the surgical strikes.

When the entire nation was united and struggling against the terrorism backed by Pakistan, Kejriwal was playing politics over the issue. It was evident that politics was important for the AAP national convener and nation’s interest was second.

 

 

AAP Splurges State Money In The Name of Education

Aam Aadmi Party-Delhi is under fire again for merciless expenditure of state money. Delhi BJP on Tuesday accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of splurging taxpayers’ money on ads for a pan-city ‘parent-teachers meeting’, which will be held on October 15.

BJP general secretary Ashish Sood said that the ads issued by the Arvind Kejriwal-led government regarding the upcoming mega parent-teacher event showed that “some event management company” was “working behind the Delhi government”.

“Parent-teacher meeting is a normal process in schools. This government has spent crores of rupees on ads to make it seem like the education system will be reformed with their help, but these are merely serving the agenda of advertising the Chief Minister as has been done earlier through ads for the odd-even scheme, Aam Aadmi Clinics and others,” Mr. Sood said.

Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta said that the AAP government was “responsible for raising more than 100 controversies during last 18 months” unconnected to the development of the Capital. This, Mr. Gupta said, was an attempt by the AAP “to hide its failures”. “The government repeatedly raises fresh controversies even as the moot question remains: when will it start working for the people?”

“The government has put the Land Pooling Policy of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), which envisaged the building of 20 lakh houses in Delhi in a time-bound manner, in cold storage. On the one hand it talks about bringing the DDA under its control and on the other hand it is not allowing the DDA to implement this ambitious policy,” Mr. Gupta said.

Kejriwal to play caste politics in Gujrat

The Chief Minister of Delhi and the national convener of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal has come up with another stunt to woo the Patel community of Gujrat as he has decided to meet the kin of Patel youths killed in Gujrat quota agitation.

Kejriwal will meet family members of Patidar youths, who were killed in the quota stir violence last year, during his Gujarat tour beginning on Friday, a move of caste base politics.

According to the schedule of Kejriwal’s tour in Gujrat, the AAP national convener will visit AAP’s Gujarat unit office on Wednesday. As per the schedule, Kejriwal would spend four days in the state, starting October 14.

The AAP national convener’s hunger for the power is visible as he forgets that he is the Chief Minister of Delhi and touring in the country. Arvind Kejriwal’s visit is scheduled as part of AAP’s preparations for the upcoming assembly polls in Gujrat.

Kejriwal would also meet some families of the deceased Patel youths in Mehsana and Ahmedabad. At least 12 youths of the community were killed last year during the violence that erupted across Gujarat following detention by police of quota leader Hardik Patel on August 25 after their mega rally at GMDC ground here.

However, BJP has termed Kejriwal’s “goodwill gesture” for Patels, a decisive vote-bank in Gujarat, as a “political stunt and a drama.” He had played the same stunt in Hyderabad when met the family of late Dalit scholar Rohit Vemula in Hyderabad. He had also visited the family of late Bheem Tank in Punjab.

The Chief Minister of Delhi had also offered job to the families of Rohit Vemula and Bheem Tank in Delhi government. He did not deliver his promise of creating jobs in Delhi and offered jobs to the families of outsiders.

It is evident that the AAP national convener has mastered the art of playing politics of caste and religion.

LG finds AAP’s secret unit, orders probe

The AAP-led Delhi government has been facing probes after probes and now news of AAP hit the headlines when the so-called ‘secret unit’ of the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal unearthed.

The unit was observing the government employees’ daily activities whether they were working or not.  As per the information, the unit comes directly under the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The secret unit was reporting daily activities of the various departments to Kejriwal.

A leading news channel has exposed the secret unit of Arvind Kejriwal and the LG Najeeb Jung immediately ordered a probe against the secret unit team.

As per the information provided by the channel, the team was constituted in August 2016 to monitor government officials. The monitoring angle will also be probed.

The AAP party was founded on the principles of idealism and honesty.

However, the party has duped the people by projecting fake model of politics. The promises made by the AAP leaders to the public were not delivered. The AAP manifesto during the Delhi assembly polls was a document of false claims.

The main principle of honesty and clean image politics of AAP was just a trick to woo the voters. The public money lavishly spent on the political activities of the party.

As per the information, the members of the secret unit team were getting the salary from the state exchequer’s account. It is unearthed that how lavishly the Chief Minister of Delhi is wasting the public money.

Kejriwal should have given directions to the head of all departments of the government to monitor the daily activities of the employees. But, he hired his team, and the payment was made from a government account.
